Urthel Hibernus Quentum

De Leyerth Brouwerijen, Belgium

Grade: A-
9.0 % ABV
Style: Abbey Triple Ale
Serve in: Tulip, snifter

What a cute little beer. Pours hazy and orange, looks cidery, with a creamy lil’ foam head. Smells yeasty, delicately fruity. Taste is very sweet, but the alcohol balances it out for some dryness. Melon. Caramel. Candied fruits. A sticky maltiness.  There’s a high carbonation..but I like it. Makes it fluffy, and it’s still smooth and creamy. A very sippable beer.
